My Vault streams from desktop and all device apps
but my library isn’t working. Also in Windows10 the
Vault isn’t detected on my network. If I look in my
router it shows up there. Very weird

As long as the lights are just showing blue...
First I would do a powercycle, leave it unplugged for a minute.
Second... contact a Bluesound and log a support call if that does not work.
